Ingredients :
Garlic, Shallot, Candlenut, Turmeric, Ginger, Lemongrass, Vegetable Oil, Coriander Seed, Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E202).
Cooking directions:
Boil 500 g chicken and 2 liters water with low heat for about 30 mins. When chicken is tender, shred the meat and set aside.
Add ½ jar (115 g) of this seasoning paste, boil briefly (± 5 mins).
Serving suggestion :
For 4-5 pax.
Best with glass vermicelli, bean sprouts, cabbage, boiled egg,etc
Add lime/lemon juice.
Store in dry place with lid secured. Refrigerate after opening to extend shelf-life (recommended).
